Pull Up Banners
One of the most popular displays we sell is the humble printed pull up banner. They are using a spring loaded retractable base and semi rigid film media. Roll up stand up banners as they are also known are very easy to install and are maintenance free. They are also very portable and lightweight. Many of our customers use these display banners for trade shows as they can be rolled back down into their base and transported easily.

Pull Up Banner Uses
Custom pull up banners are exclusively indoor use signs that are very portable. They are ideal for trade shows but are often seen in retail stores. Pull up pr retractable banners require no specialist installation skills so they are quickly deployed.
They come in a range of sizes up to the extra wide 2 metres wide. They also come in a range of quality – generally the more you pay, the more often you can put the banner up and down. Cheap pull up banners are not designed for frequent use but are perfect if the stand does not need to be moved.
Vertical pull up banners are made with an aluminium retractable stand housing a polyethylene or polyester banner which is ‘rolled up’ inside the base. Premium versions have quality springs which allow the banner to be lifted many times over. We also offer bamboo stands for clients looking for a natural look or wanting a renewable source of materials.

How To Install
1. Remove the promotional stand up banner from its carry case and assemble the telescopic upright strut
2. Insert the strut into the slot in the middle of the pull up banner
3. Holding the strut in place start pulling the top of the banner toward the top of the strut.
4. Once fully extended clip the rail of the banner top into the end of the strut.
5. To retract the banner, gently release the top banner rail from the strut and guide it into the base.
6. Dismantle the strut and store in the bag.

FAQs
Yes, we can make double sided pull up stands if your audience approaches from both sides.
They are generally made from lightweight aluminium. The weight of the stand may not take the wind force on it. In heavier premium stands the concern would be the retaining rod which holds the banner up. We recommend only using them for inside applications.
Yes, they can be very cheap and remarkably well presented for the price.
Polyethylene banners are not recyclable with normal waste collection streams. Polyester may be returned to us to be recycled. Aluminium bases can be recycled at metal recycling centres.
Yes, some banner stands allow this. it can be a little tricky getting better to sit perfectly level.
Pull up banners are designed for indoor use. The frame is not heavy enough to hold the banner in windy conditions. Some of our customers use pull up banners outdoors from time to time but there is a risk wind will damage the pull up or the hardware.
Shopping centres often have rules about how high temporary structures and signage can be. We sell cheap pull up banners designed to meet the requirements of either 1.4m or 1.5m high.
Wider pull up banners are available on request. Wide pull up banners for trade shows are an effective way to decorate a stand and to create structures.
Our stands are designed for single use only.
