Sustainable Reusable Banner Toggle Ties
Banner toggle ties are a reusable replacement to cable ties. They can be reused countless times, keeping non-recyclable nylon out of landfill. We started ranging this product when Ironman asked us to find a solution to the 2 x 240L council bin of cable ties they discarded each Noosa Triathlon. The results were better than expected as not only was the waste eliminated but there were other hidden benefits.
Toggle ties speed up bump in and out times by up to 75% because of their ease of installation and removal. Simply loop through the eyelet and frame and attach the loop of the bungee cord around the ball. The tie is self tightening so no need to worry about pulling the cable tie together and trimming the tab end. The banner moves with the wind because of the flexibility in the tie so banners crease less than with cable ties.
If you have single sided banners or corflute the ball can be hidden on the back side creating a very clean finish.

How to use Banner Toggle Ties
Elastic toggles ties are perfect for quick bump in and outs. They are self tightening and can be removed very easily. No more cutting cable ties off with a knife. We have seen so many banners damaged using that method.
To use the toggle tie, simply insert the cord loop through the eyelet, bring the cord over the top of the bar the banner will attach to, and thread the ball through the loop. It will tighten automatically. The ensure that the ball is spun around to the back side of the banner, preferably under the bar it is attached to.
Toggle ties will take a lot wind. They self adjust to the level of wind ensuring an even installation every time.
To remove them, simply push the ball back through the loop and store the tie on your wrist or tool belt. The process is so much faster than cutting cable ties, and creates zero waste.
