Foam Board Signs
Foam board is used widely for retail signs and displays. It is also known as foam core board or PVC foam board, even though it does not have PVC in. it. The board is actually made by wrapping a polystyrene or polyurethane core with a printable paper outer.
Foam core board is very lightweight making installation easy and allowing signs to be moved around. The material can be printed on both sides and the paper texture gives it a much more natural matt look than corflute. Boards can also be die-cut into unique shapes. It is also possible to create stands and displays from this type of board.
The print result is excellent allowing high resolution images to be perfectly reproduced. Foamcore printing is done using our flatbed printers and signs can be as large as 2.4m x 1.2m or as small as A5. We offer boards in 2mm, 3mm, 5mm and 10mm thickness.
