Crowd Control Barrier Banners

Fencing banners are ideal branding mediums for events. CCB covers are visually outstanding with the ability to print high resolution detailed images with photo like results. To make the distinction between our other products, these are single sided print and made of polyester. Banners are ideal when one side of the cover will be covered by the audience.

We make our printed crowd control banners mainly from polyester mesh which means they are lightweight and very easy to install with cable ties. Our printed barrier fence covers are also very as easy to remove and store. Polyester is a fabric that does not wrinkle very much so CCB covers can simply be folded into in small form and stored in a box until the next event.

We recommend pairing them with our reusable toggle ties. Not only from the perspective of saving on cable tie waste but toggle ties reduce bump in and out times significantly. They do not damage covers when removed like wielding a knife to remove cable ties can.

We sew a reinforced hem and then adding eyelets every 500mm on our CCB banners. The covers are made to sit just inside the metal framework of the barrier ensuring a very tight fit of perfect size. We also cut the upper corners on an angle to allow for the curved corners of the barrier.

Polyester mesh is very effective in strong wind locations.

Single sided CCB covers can also come in PVC mesh which can last two years outdoors. The downside is the weight and storage space required.

How To Install

CCB banners or single sided covers are the same thing. They come with eyelets.

To install CCB banners:

  1. Position the banner in the corner you want to start from
  2. Attach a cable tie or toggle tie
  3. Extend the banner to its full length and tie the top last corner into place loosely
  4. Go back and attach all the top and bottom eyelets
  5. Adjust the tension by easing the ties so the banner sits straight.

Polyester Mesh Banner

FAQS

We consider a Crowd Control Barrier banner to be a single sided, polyester banner which spans one or more CCBs.

Ideally the banner will go from the top of the CCB to the bottom rail. This allows wind to pass under the CCB as well as through.

Ideally a mesh banner will fill the space as much as possible however it is advisable to leave spaces for the wind to escape. For example with temporary fencing we recommend using 1.6m high mesh. This allows a greater space for wind drag to escape.

CCB banners are one of the cheapest ways to cover a crowd control barrier with advertising.

Yes, it is possible to wash the fabric on the Crowd Control Banner if it gets dirty. The fabric can be washed using mild detergent and cold water. It is important to avoid using bleach or harsh chemicals as they can damage the fabric. Using a damp sponge and cold water, you may be able to remove small marks. Wet fabrics should be dried in a shaded area and stored only after they are completely dry. It is recommended to clean the Crowd Control Banner regularly to maintain its appearance and prolong its lifespan.
